You’re still welcome here! While much of the language centers home and out-of-hospital births, the inner tools and practices we use, like nervous system regulation, energy work, trauma clearing, and mindset alignment are powerful no matter where you birth.

The earlier you begin, the more time you have to integrate the practices and tools. But this is a go-at-your-own-pace space, so join whenever you feel the pull.
